As a seasoned mindfulness speaker and facilitator, she’s guided hundreds through powerful practices to reconnect with clarity, presence, and inner stability—even in high-stakes environments.

Drawing on over 15 years of personal meditation practice and formal training in both Eastern contemplative traditions and Western psychology, Sarah integrates performance science with ancient wisdom in a way that’s both accessible and deeply effective.
